We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

- USPS Standard
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7 -10 business days. Please note: orders outside the domestic US will be delivered within 14-21 days from ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
- USPS Priority
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days. We recommend Priority shipping for all orders shipping outside the domestic US. Most Priority orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
- USPS Overnight
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day. Overnight orders placed by 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

How to Use Joesoef Acne Products

USE: Lather and cleanse acne affected areas. For treatment of acne on face and body. Use 1 - 3 times daily, depending upon skin care needs.
